  • Second floor apartments have a wood burning fireplace.
  • Each apartment can have 2 adults, or 2 adults & a child under 18 months, or 1 adult & 1 child over 18 months.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • We are located in a quiet neighborhood just west of Carlisle Blvd NE and between Candelaria Rd NE & Comanche Rd NE and within easy walking distance of city buses.
  • Apartment Association of New MexicoThere is a $25 non-refundable application fee. The Rental Application is a standard form from the Apartment Association of New Mexico. In addition to information about you, it asks for your rental history, employment & other income, and credit references. It also gives us permission to do a background check, which we do on all applicants. You must be of legal age to sign this application.
  • Once we approve your Rental Application and you decide to proceed by signing the Rental Agreement, we ask for a $300 deposit and the first month’s rent, which is always due on the 1st of the month. The $300 will be returned at the end of your lease when you leave, minus any damage charges.
  • We participate in the Albuquerque Police Departments’s Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program, which requires that residents shall not participate in any criminal activities anywhere on the property. Violation is cause for immediate termination of your lease.
